1. Agreement
By accessing or using TradeCal (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TradeCal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Service Description
TradeCal provides free trading calculators, strategy simulators, market data dashboards, and educational content. We may also offer optional premium features under a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
4. Not Investment Advice
All content on TradeCal is for educational and computational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or broker. Refer to our full disclaimer.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site beyond reasonable use
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, redistribute, or create derivative products without permission
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to compromise security
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harvest user data without consent
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including calculators, code, articles, design, and branding — is owned by TradeCal or licensed to us, and protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or build competing products from our content without written permission.
8. Premium Subscriptions
If you subscribe to premium features:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by Indian consumer law
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites and services (including broker affiliate links). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Some links are affiliate links — see our disclaimer for details.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculator outputs will be accurate in all cases. Verify critical numbers against primary sources before trading.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeCal and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TradeCal harmless from any claim or demand (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
